Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 large eggs, beater
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 5 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 9 inch pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl sift together the dry ingredients.
  • Add the eggs, butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Whisk together well.
  • Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie crust. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes until pie is set.
  • Keep pie refrigerated.
